For everyone

What does it cost? Creators pay their campaign budget plus a 10% platform fee, charged when they fund it. Clippers pay nothing to join or clip. On payouts, the Tron network fee comes out of what arrives.

Which platforms? TikTok, Instagram and X. YouTube isn't supported.

What money do you use? USDT on Tron (TRC-20), for deposits and payouts alike. Amounts are shown in US dollars.

Can I send USDT on another network? No. Only the TRON (TRC-20) network. USDT sent on any other network is lost for good.

Which wallet can I use? Any wallet that receives USDT on Tron (TRC-20). Its address starts with T and is 34 characters long. If it's an exchange account, check that it accepts USDT on TRC-20.

Can I change my email? Yes: Settings → Email. It takes your password and a code sent to the new address (creators also enter a code sent to the current one). See Account security.

For creators

What happens to the budget my campaign doesn't spend? It comes back to your wallet when the campaign ends, with any prizes nobody won. The 10% fee doesn't.

Can I add budget to a live campaign? Not yet. Launch another campaign alongside it.

What if one clip goes viral? Set Max payout per clip in the wizard. Views past the cap don't pay, though they still count on the leaderboard.

How do I know the views are real? We read them from the platform, and check every clip for bought views. See Clip rules and fraud checks.

Do I have to approve every clip? Only if you want to. Turn on Auto-approve clips when you launch, and clips from the clipper's own verified account start earning at once.

For clippers

Do I need an account on the website? No. You register in Discord. A website password is optional, for seeing your earnings and cashing out in the browser.

How fast do my views count? We read each approved clip 1, 6, 12 and 24 hours after you submit it, then once a day.

Why didn't my cash-out arrive in full? The Tron network fee comes out of the amount sent. We show the estimate before you confirm.

How long does a cash-out take? An admin checks it first. You get a DM when it's approved and on its way.

Someone posted my clip from their account. What now? They can't earn from it: we check every post's author against the clipper's verified accounts. If they got in first, their submission is rejected and you can submit yours.

Can I use a VPN? Yes. We record it, but it doesn't block you.

I'm under 18. Can I clip? No. You must be 18 or over.
