Email support@vibeclip.io. It's the same address on every "Contact support" line in the app and in the bot.

What to include

• The email on your account. If you're a clipper, add your Discord username too.
• What happened, and when. Include the exact message you saw, if there was one.
• For money questions: the amount, and the wallet address or Tronscan link.

Never send us your password, a code we emailed you, or your wallet's private key or seed phrase. We never ask for them.
